Trying to apply to the Chicago AMT Position (R-2024-40934), getting Error - requesting assistance

Hi there, issue is in the title.  I am trying to apply to the Chicago AMT Position but there's no dice, I keep getting this error right here. 

I have 5 years of experience and am looking to move closer to family and back to my hometown and would certainly hate to miss this opportunity.  Can anybody sling me a hiring manager's email or is there nothing to be done for now? Thank you.
